Jesus, how did that work out for the insurgents back then?

Often it didn't. Though most players from back then would have stories about how they nailed an A-10 doing a strafing run head-on with an RPG from the rooftop.

One time I piloted an Apache with a stellar gunner (it's been three years so I don't remember who it was), I had a k/d ratio of about 16:1 with the Hydras, and hovering over the south side of the city at about 200m my gunner got about 32 kills. Quite the overkill.

Ahhh the good ole days... I wonder how many here remember playing with Jeepo and Cord and Egoat.. Man we had a blast, we use to take a squad of 203ers and made a mobile arty squad.

i wish they would revamp helmand province, that map had a lot of potential and from the looks of the German Forces addition that is on the www.realitymod.com website it would be great to have it return.
