Re: PR Mumble Night, who is in?
Ok...
How was it.
Too much spam going on, people think they can keep talking and spam appears.
Whoever uses mumble has to realize that he CAN disturb everyone else, so choose what and when to say.
On the other hand, I liked the 3 rounds, they were intense (the Ramiel one was not due to lack of proper strategy&squadwork on INS side) and ofc the zombie killing.
It was my first time and it was hillarious, I never thought you can do that in PR. xD
One funny story:
I was a rifleman specialist-survivor on sunset city and we were running around construction site, a zombie saw me and sprinted to me, so I just sprinted away and when my sprint was nearly empty I threw a rope up a construction building. I quickly ran a circle so the rope can settle and jumped up there. The zombie guy was soo close behind me, however he followed me up my rope instantly and was like 2m below me.
BUT->As soon as I was upstairs I slashed the G key and... :
"Oh, you *******, you ****in ******* haha"
Love! ^^

Re: PR Mumble Night, who is in?
I absolutely loved it. The missions were cool (though slightly imbalanced in my opinion), and mumble is great! The fact that if you're close enough to your enemies and can hear them talking is absolutely awesome!
On ramiel for example, me and my squad managed to get really close to the insurgents without having been heard or seen, and we could overhear them talking about how long they had been playing the game -- and how a Technical was just about to start patrolling the area we were in.
Loved it!

Re: PR Mumble Night, who is in?
Unbalanced - yep, totally unbalanced...
Since this is a game and people did not take it 100% seriously, when one team failed a bit, it failed completely.
Well, it was still nice.^^

I don't mean that. I mean that the assault on Bunkers was in your favor, a lot.

Ofc it does, now please go annoy other people.
@lebox:
Hell yeah, I wondered how you even got into the bunkers, let me quote from the PR forums:
A HUGE PIECE OF RESPECT for all the MECs that came INTO the damn bunkers on kashan! Big ass deal people!
Really awesome. I thought we would just rape you down, but no, you were fckin great keeping my and my SQDs heads down , until I as SL got the SAW and startet acting proper automatic-rifle'ish. hehe.
Good job, loved the round. Really intense "1 death" system, makes you play PR in a complete different way.

Re: PR Mumble Night, who is in?
I was on the MEC side. One of our squads to the west of the bunker complexes already got ripped apart by a SAW before we even entered the bunkers. Our squad medic managed to save a few of them while the rest of us threw smoke and laid down some fire for the medic to revive the wounded. The SL of that squad was completely dead so we basically just had the survivors of that squad move with us.
We had a three man squad in some hills behind us providing sniper and AR support and a HAT shooting down the radio towers. We eventually got into the bunkers by smoking the whole south entrance while some AR guys pinned down some americans who were on top of the bunkers.
I had the whole thing flimed cept I was too lazy to edit all of it and just completely left it out. It seemed more like a regular game except with more teamwork and 1 death, since we never even got close to the defecting officer.Reedible

Thanks to everyone for hijacking this thread with personal opinions on the quality of Mumble and not posting to the OP.
Whether you like the software or not, if you have nothing to add to a thread with regard to the OP then keep your opinion to yourself or start a new thread.

You know what Dispo, you're right. I was an idiot for making that comment. It had nothing to with this thread, and it was there just to get a reaction. It has no right to be in this thread, and I should of known better and not of acted in such a way.
Megagoth, I am sorry for such a comment, and I hope you can forgive it.
