There is a PR tournament that is going to start soon. If you want to be a part of it you can sign up on the link that star provided. Sign ups will open in bout 6 hours. Also here is a link to FAQ:

I've never participated in the tournament but think I'm gunna try it this time around. Games are only on the weekends correct?

Then I came back in the next 10 min the signups were open
After I joined the signups became closed
So I guess someone did feel like participating so I got his place

I was PELA 2IC a few years back and I know that feeling very well :P
Great Tourny! And a recommend for anyone who hasn't tried it to see the immensity of hard work on all fronts. Unbelievable the passion put into this. Credit to DEVS and all who take part! Surely you can't get a better place for the ammount of practice that goes into becoming effective than in this Tournament. First class.
Shame I missed it. Standby's???????
