I was only on for a whole round of Kozelsk. Was pretty slow, but had some very good moments.

Lots of non sm's getting kicked. It's $8.95 a month folks and the kicks can be a thing of the past.

    Re: Password Night Sunday 20/09/09

I got to shoot somebody in the back from long range with a SVD and watch them go limp. So, I was happy.

But seriously, it was a lot of fun. My apologies to some of the 69th guys on Kozelsk. I got killed, and on the respawn screen, my game dropped me to desktop. Was close enough to when I was leaving anyway that I just stayed out.

Was always fun to see the level of teamwork we had.

At one point, 2 full squads on the Russians, backed by a tank, took the objective north of that lake fast. That was a great job by them, and it had us in a flurry to regroup and recapture it.

It was some good fun, I only played 2 maps though, one of which was about 20 minutes or so of Kozelsk. Fallujah was good.

Rudd, I'm not saying it didn't happen (I wasn't on until pw night started), I'm just saying that the pw night map list shouldn't have been played without the password and then restarted with it on, forcing everyone to replay the same maps again.

It was simply an unfortunate co-incidence. As you can see below, Kozelsk is part of the current map rotation, followed by Karbala. It's just our bad luck we happened to have just played it so soon before the PW night began.

    Cycle 2:
    - Sunset City
    - Al Kufrah Oilfield
    - Quinling
    - Ejod Desert
    - Fallujah
    - Operation Ghost Train
    - Kozelsk
    - Karbala
    - Operation Barracuda
    - Qwai River
    - Mestia

It was fun, as the regulars cant come on on a daily basis anymore, we should have appointments more often, so that when we do play once or twice a week, we have a great time, instead of having 75% pubbies while playing who do not intend to learn.

Also inter squad communication should become second nature, just like communication within the squad did. I stayed for Kolzesk, where it worked pretty good and Fallujah west, where we did win as blueforce, it was very very close though.

Instead of going in as caches pop up, squadleaders could pick caches, team up with other squads and converge 250m away from the cache marker untill all squads after the cache are within 250m of the marker.

If a squad goes in alone 2 losses mean the medic already has its hands full and 4 people have a hard time keeping the enemy at bay. If 4 people are down, but 8 up with 2 medics reviving and healing, the squads can hold more easily and really push the enemy back.

exactly, the password night maplist was only played WITH the password on.
