    Pretty good coverage going on.
Seconds before image capture, whole team was blobbing at estate except me and deepsix defending landbridge. Other than that, the map pretty much always looked beautiful.

Cool, but there were times lateron when it looked better with big lines of infantry covering larger areas.

When I joined there were 4 US FoBs on the west side of the river including by the South Bridge and the hill N of chinese main (or very close). Chinese could basically go to Temple.
Just because everyone does something does not mean that it is right to do.

I had a lot of fun, and I think we all can agree had Tiger Woods been playing during the Black Friday PW special he would not have crashed his SUV in a fire hydrant/been caught cheating on his wife/by his wife who came to his rescue of sorts.

CnC was pretty cool for our US team, because we played very smart and with teamwork between several if not all squads (almost sure). I know the PLA team members may complaint, but it wasn't slow or boring for me.

We quickly secured the land bridge after knowing the enemy had blown up both bridges, so we always kept defenses there, holding that line of supply. The enemy could go across the river with their APCs, but couldn't set up a good position at our side of the river since they didn't have the supply crates. At one point, since we knew they didn't have FOs on our side of the river, we had our entire team on the West side of the river, with several FOs.

We slowly started moving south pushing and pushing the enemy back to their main base and the temple areas. Too bad I didn't take any screenshots, but was pretty nice to look at on the map.

Since the PLA had several APCs, we got hit constantly, but our HATs, LATs and TOW humvees, did their job pretty effectively. I didn't see their APCs driving infantry around, so a few times we got overrun by the APCs, but they quickly got bored and left, just to see us go back to the position, and rebuild everything.

It wasn't a walk in the park, there were some nice, big firefights, with APCs covering infantry, full squads versus full squads, pretty intense. Also I guess it got much more intense for me as I was somewhat leading several squads, and coordinating transport and recon missions, and a lot of reports of enemy APC movement by other squad leaders.

    Some nice moments for me:

    1. Big firefight on south bridge, we had 2 infantry squads, they had one, I think, but several of their APCs got into fishing village and on the road. We got suppressed too much, even having a HAT, we couldn't do much. Smoke up, both squads retreated without any casualties (I think), waiting for the APCs to cross. They blew up the bridge instead.

    2. Sending our supply/recon squad with a humvee across land bridge to get an eye on what's there. Since it was clear, mobile AT squad in humvee also moved there and setup a defensive position on their side of the land bridge. I call for an APC ride, and move my infantry squad across with also supplies for building an FO.

    3. Getting attacked at land bridge by several infantry from the south. We kept them suppressed, called APC support, stryker comes to help out, all gets cleared, we push for counter-attack.

    4. Moving south from the West side of the land bridge, towards the North Bridge area. We got several infantry contacts there, big firefight with PLA infantry, we got overrun. We try again, and fail. Finally get another squad advancing together and stryker covering the rear. FO cleared and destroyed.

    5. Defending the West side of the land bridge, hearing an APC to our East across the river, seeing all our empty FOs on the map at the East side getting destroyed one by one. Full enemy infantry squad tries to cross the land bridge on foot, gets mowed down by my entire squad with SAW, grenadier, and riflemans. HAT was also waiting in case the APC tried to move up.

    6. Moving West towards the Estate, 2 enemy APCs come close. My squad gets prone in the grass just waiting for the APCs to move away. They move on top of us, see us, we get killed, but not the medic that revives everybody after they get destroyed by HAT and LAT. We keep moving, they didn't have infantry support.

    7. Estate clear, we get ambushed by infantry squad south west of estate in the trees and the garages outside estate. My squad gets caught in the open and killed. Two strykers covering the position, we call them up, they try to clear them while another squad moves up with two medics to revive us. Both medics get shot as well, by same guys the APC couldn't clear. Third medic comes after the enemy is finally down, I get revived, pretty happy, look south to see enemy with LAT shoot at ME instead of the APC and kill me, dead

    8. Position being defended on the hills West of the rope bridge by 2 friendly squads and an FO. TOW humvee watching the fields to the West and the main center road. Stryker gets transport mission: get my and other squad towards fishing village/south bridge to setup an FO there and defend the main road to the West. Stryker takes other squad first from the North bridge, logistics follow with truck and humvee, area is cleared and squad is defending. Stryker comes back to land bridge to pick my squad up, we get transported there as well and build the FO. Pretty fast movement, not that hard to do, just needs commns with both squads and transport. Two HATs in that position now, watching the road, several enemy vehicles get destroyed. Recon squad has now the mission to keep patrols on the North side of the map with the humvee, to make sure no enemy gets across the defense pocket and takes control over the land bridge.

    9. My squad moves towards temple to clear it with stryker support. Big firefight, position somewhat cleared, enemy APC moves up, our stryker gets tracked, we lose it. Enemy APC moves up from temple, but we are ready with HAT and they get stopped again.

    10. We push West on the main road ditch covered by stryker and HAT close behind. Enemy infantry cleared by my squad and the stryker, enemy FO destroyed, enemy APC comes on the main road to the West, stryker falls back. Two other APCs are seen flanking via temple and get to our East on the main road. We are surrounded and get overrun by APC fire. Enemy APCs go on a rampage trying to find and destroy the FOs, they destroy one or two, and leave, and we get them rebuilt soon after. Again, no infantry support.
Excellent round, albeit a bit long and server population-draining. I completely believe that CnC can and will work in the future with some tweaks to tickets and bleed conditions.

I was SL of the squad holding the west flank in the mountains north of PLA main. The Chinese were complaining, but they didn't give up by any means until close to the end when they purposely didn't build any more firebases.

They tried several times to get infantry and logistics past us through the west hills, but we were able to stop them without any AT. When they tried to retake the AAA hill using infantry, we (sq2) called for stryker support from the north so they never completely overran our position. Again, like DB mentioned, they also sent in cannon WZ551's that scared us into cover but did not inflict casualties with them due to poorly coordinated/no infantry support. TOW kept APC's from running over us by sitting in fields to the north.

Thanks to those in my squad who kept the medic kit up and operating after disconnects. combined KDR 40-something to 12 by the end.
