Sup JoshBoone. Welcome to TG. Nice choice of an avatar, solid snake is patient and tactical... two qualities that are respected here. When you get in game jump in a squad and make it known you are new. If no one pipes up and sounds friendly and helpful, join another squad till you make friends. Shouldn't take long. Avoid Chrisweb though, he will infect you with his virginity. Kidding. Seriously though.

Silly_Jolly, welcome. I'm sure everyone will like you here, we are a jolly bunch. Make sure to ask everyone to like you when you join a squad. Like, make it the first thing you say. I promise if the squad leader has been around a while they will help you out in every way. Teamwork is big here.

Hey everyone!

I am very new to PR and even battlefield 2 all together. I was actually drawn to try out the game after hearing of Tactical Gamer and their games in BF2: PR, watching a few vids , and so fourth. I want to have very tactical and organized games but so far even on the other PR servers it still seems to be a mix between a bunch of lone wolfs, scattered and confused squads, tactical strikes in pointless places, poor gaming and terrible communication in general. Any help getting started both here on the forums and playing and actually getting into a game in a TG server would be lovely.

I haven't been able to play a game on the public server since for the past few days I haven't been able to either get into the game for there being to many people, or just because there is nobody on the server, period. I would love to play some good tactics and realism based games and learn how to play all together.

The server usually fills every friday, saturday, and sunday night around 6pm est. Hop on then to start filling the server, and that is a great time to learn the basics on simple skirmish maps. We try to get the server going a few days every week, just keep updated on the forums and people usually post when they are getting the server up.

It has been ages. Just dropping in to check out how PR has evolved since the glory days. Finally got to ARMA?!? Heck yeah. Anyhow, after finals are over... I may be jumping back in the server to reteach you folks how to play

And for those who are wondering, "Who the heck is this guy..."

If you were around in '07-'09 you may remember this epic 4.5 hour long battle, which has been my fondest memory of Project Reality...
