Re: Introduce Yourself
All of the things you mentioned are against the rules...

Heh, I'm uncomfortable reading that out loud.
Welcome to TG, fuzzhead! We should have a lot of people playing on the PRM server tonight by 0800 p.m. EST. See you there!|TG-1stMIP|Coridon

Re: Introduce Yourself
Welcome to TG Fuzzhead. As Coridon mentioned the list that you posted is a list of things that are forbidden on TG servers. I assume that you go that list from a TGU thread. I believe that it is a list of things that will be covered in the TGU session. In other words it is being taught NOT to do those things.
I hope to see you on the servers soon.Retired 6th DB

Re: Introduce Yourself
Sup fellas! I just downloaded the PR Mod...played a little PoE on the server...but I gotta say, PR is the mod I'd been craving for and didn't even know it! Excellent mod. So you'll be seeing me on the server a lot more.
And an apology in advance for my TK's as I get used to this mod. I hopped on last night and that was my number 1 problem. Gotta learn to i.d. a target before I open fire. :P

Re: Introduce Yourself
hello. i'm currently in a bf2 clan (that is slowly migrating to 2142) and none of them really play pr. pr has become all i want to play, i can not see myself going back to vanilla anytime soon. hence the reason i joined a clan in the first place...got sick of hearing 14 year old kids yell "pwned" in my ear when i died. i'm thinking about finding an pr clan only. would tactical gamer be the right place for a 30 year old like me? are you guys nice?

Re: Introduce Yourself
Welcome Paynus.
Tactical Gamer will be your last stop to online gaming.
We're actually a community made up of individuals and clans who play with teamwork and real world tactics. We've got quite a list of games we currently host that you're welcome to join.
We're currently trying to get our PR server situated. So bear with us as we work through game mode and setting issues. Also check us out on Thurs & Sun nights when the TG crew rallies around the server.

Re: Introduce Yourself
so it's not a clan per se, but is a bunch of servers for top games? that's pretty cool.

Re: Introduce Yourself
Welcome and absolutely!
BTW if you are looking for a more structured environment then you may want to look at the in-house squads. The Irregulars will take non-supporting members, take a look there to see if we fit what you are looking for. You can find the relevant links in my signature.Last edited by Wimpinator; 12-06-2006 at 01:24 PM.

Re: Introduce Yourself
Hey gents
.
The name's Garabaldi, and I work as part of the Public Relations team for Project Reality (basically, I work PR for PR
).
I love your server, namely because people are forced to squad up. The regular TG members are great to play with. I know alot of you don't like the AAS gameplay, but I really can't stand the vBF2 flag cap logic system.
I'm here to answer any questions you may have. Think of me as a link between you guys and the dev team. Heck, you could even cut out the middleman and simply sign up on our forums yourselves. Of course then I wouldn't have much to do
.
Thank you guys for hosting a PR server. Without server hosts, people would have nowhere to play the mod! The server owners and community members keep the mod alive, and for that, the team is grateful.

Re: Introduce Yourself
Welcome Garabaldi and thanks for registering. PR is quite popular here and you can probably see that the PR server is full right now. We're all really excited about the 0.5 changes.
If you have any questions about TG then check out the server rules and SOP's. They will answer a lot of questions.Retired 6th DB
