Combat sims have always been a passion with me. I played the FPS called Castle Wolfenstein which was released by ID. I later started playing Unreal Tournament with a community called "Mega Tribe" and found myself playing the Mod called Infiltration in 1999. We formed a small group of players who like playing as a squad. A few other games came out like Strike Force, Counter Strike, Ghost Recon, Americas Army, many many others soon afterwards. It was when Battlefield was released I became addicted with the new game mechanics and style of game play.

It seems I have always been interested in the squad based CQB. I played World of Warcraft for awhile and loved the raid experience with numbers of 40 attending and working together as a one to complete goals together. It seemed to fill the void of missing teamwork in other games. I left that after feeling a need for something else. I started playing BF2 and soon BF2142 afterwards. After a short break I came back to Bf2 and started looking for mods since I found that BF2 engine ran rather well on my PC. After researching for various BF2 mods I came across Project Reality and have been hooked ever since. I have set up my Team Speak server settings, read through the forums for TG & PR rules, created a supporting membership and decided to try to play on the TG server for the best experience.

What are your personal goals in-game?:
I like to start out with looking at the squads in PR and seeing where they are and how I can be most involved with the game. Then after joining a good squad I talk with the Squad Leader to get their game plan and see what is needed. I make sure folks know I am there if they need anything.

Please describe how you handle constructive criticism and how you use it to improve your game-play:
I research online attempting to master various subjects, However if confronted with something I need to review I make sure to use good communication to resolve the issue.

I havent installed it yet, because i havent gottan acess yet to the download area.

I hope ill play on the server soon.

i was thinking why not introduce myself to everyone hehe.

Tigger is my nick as i said above, i live in Sweden, born American

Ive been playing tactical war sims for a long time specially FPS versions of them, started out with play ofc CS but never really got into clanwars, so i cant call that one tactical for me hehe, but then i went on to a game called AAO (Americas army operations) and after a while played in one of swedens best clans. now a days i play Vanilla BF2 with eyeGaming clanmatches and so on, we are right now in the CB OpenCup infantry and 8vs8 league with highhopes. so at night and othertimes now when i dont have a PCW or official match i look up your server and play some PR, which ive found a great game, specially your server due to the fact that a lot of you acctully play for the team hehe.

What ive like a lot about this Mod is probably that its very realistic also you need to play as a team to win, not jus have one guy that can shoot headshots all the time and so on.

im still learing this mod, so ill see you guys on the battlefield

Hello everyone thought I'd give a quick intro as im spending more and more time on the TG server.....

Im Tyson7777 on PR but usually just Tyson elsewhere.

I cut my squad play teeth on the Squad Play All The way server before it shut down playing there mainly as a sniper who knew the art of recon and worked as a team player rather than mr lone wolf out for himself.

If nothing else this taught me that good snipers are valuable to a squad leader who knows how to use them and underrated by most of the gaming community due to the lone wolf attitude of most who take up the big rifle.

Probably the highlight of my 2142 days was appearing on a TG video made by (TG)Silver titled Titanic. If you watch it you can hear me single shotting the corridor guards in the titan, a trick i believe i had off to a decent art.

Since then I joined (MG) Monkey Gamers with a fair few of the old SPATW regulars and now play mainly PR (for about 6 months now) along with some vanilla and a little 2142 when I feel in the mood.

In PR I prefer to take the role of LAT or HAT over sniper as ive never really got to grips with the lead on moving targets and drop over distance. I consider myself a decent co-operative team player and will squadlead if I really have to.

Anyway I look forwards to seeing you on the battle field. If i have a squad running feel free to join but be gentle on me as im still learning the tactics. If Im commanding then dont expect to win as this is definately an area im weak and if i join your squad feel free to give me some jobs to do as im happiest as a squad member (although a crap medic).

Thanks for the welcome Superfast! I have been taking care of my son who is 2 months old who is a huge handful for sure. But I will def be playing allot more in the days to come PR.

hi my in game name is cocobutter369, i used to enjoy playing on the TG server regularly until i was banned 4 a Tk, can't remember the lads name (@LOOKer or somethin like that) but he C4'd a BH with 5 ppl in it, i wanted revenge so i waited 4 him 2 gt his own BH and...

he then started saying i was a mass tk'er on gloabal channel and 1 of the admins musta banned me, an i cant get into the server anymore, was that fair?

Yeah I have to say one of the first things I did was look into how to contact admins when you need em. Good to have you back.
