I've just spent hours being THE flag capturing SL, because other people were too busy doing dumb, unrealistic, non-objective.....stuff. People need to start taking things seriously before we waste time trying anything different.
Once again Root I must of lost you some where, because what you are saying only makes my recommendations more reasonable.

If you all take the time to check out the maps I listed, you will find that the actual map size has not decreased*, but the flags number.

Did you know that the 32 player Operation G. M. actually has one more flag than the 64 player map? One would think it would be the oppisite. What I am trying to do is through around some ideas for us to futher Beta test the mod.
Granted Operation G. M. 32 is not in the recommendation list because the idea is to reduce flag amount and further concentrate the battles, and get feedback from there.

M City32 is actually the same map ( smaller out of bounds) put two or three flags are gone, and a set-up favors the Corp better than what we have on the 64. IMO 32 map setting exactly what we need on this bogus map and to further have good AASv2 gameplay.

Listen, in two to three months .6 will be out and the .5 map selection will be all history, plus the devs have gotten things dialed in for .6, so I guess this whole matter is trivial anyway.

Myself, I am going to spend time playing on other servers with these other maps, that IMO can still handle 64 players, just for blanks and giggles.

*out of bound shrinks somewhat, and to be honest I did not check out all the maps, some may shrink up more than say M. City or Al Basrah (Still plenty of room for 64).

Let me expain. Root is of the (correct) opinion that the problem with the game is the user base (the smacktards who play it). It doesn't matter what you change about the maps or the engine; the teamwork isn't going to increase or decrease as a result. Even in BF2 Vanilla, you can have better teamwork than in PRM if you have real TG players in the Vanilla game and generic pub-running smacktards in the PRM game.
