Asch, would it be possible then to set the server to a different gamemode aside from AAS and conquest. I've heard of a type of extraction game mode, which sounds interesting even just to try. AAS just doesn't work for some maps, particularly those which wouldn't progress linearly in conquest mode, and when the capture order does make sense it often times turns into a big melee pile about the flag. I understand how they can think that AAS will improve teamplay, but in the TG server, with the numbers we can have in a game it seems to remove tactics all together.

so will neutralizing a back flag prevent the opposing team from capturing the next point?

If I recall the way the games played out the last couple of nights, neutralizing a back flag will indeed prevent you from taking the next flag.
