I... had something to post here. But I looked at creepin's signature and forgot it all completely.

Ok so after we all finish druling over creepinshadow LOL........we definitly need to get a PW night back. I think the biggest thing is finding exactly the right day/time to do it, that way enough quality players are on and we don't see the problems from before.

We definitly need to do something because as of late, I am finding it increasingly difficult to enjoy myself playing BF2 PR. There are just too many noobs out there that don't know what they are doing and just screw around ruining it for everyone else. I was new to PR at one point too but I just got in a squad and did as I was told till I learned what I was doing.

Oh wait, I still just get in a squad and do as I'm told. Wierd LOL

i once had a noob in my squad, told him he should help shovel the bunker, he went into one of these sandbag buildings on Kufrah and tried to shovel it. I said:" Man, shovel the bunker wth are you doin??? (he had no voip and didnt chat), until i finally realised he doesnt know what a bunker is, so i told him:"Shovel the thing i'm standing on!" and then he finally got it, i think moments like these are essential to my ego that i saved the day

I'd just love to see Operation Archer played on Password night, just once!! Archer never ever was in rotation right?

(nerdy dodge, i suck too at biology, esp. because we have a kinda gay teacher, for 10th grade after summer break i don't have it anymore!!! yay!)

For the time being, no. Though we have been holding various random theme nights on occasion.

They're probably waiting for leap day, just to throw people off.

Recently I saw them testing the server clients. Server clients. It has too be soon. Albiet I don't know much about modding, but I figure that you would get gameplay and maps and everything down first and then conform the server clients around that, so that would be the last thing they do. They wouldn't make a server client one way, then force the gameplay to change around that.

So, server clients has to be the last thing on the list. It will be soon.

Meh, you have a point. I've seen it been used, though, referring to the server files.

    My point stands.

Linky to the servers. Linux is running .807, Windows is .808. They are probably having troubles with the Linux version.

Once they [Linux and Windows] both reach the same build, it will be released soon afterwards.

You act as if you have answers to questions you yourself have.

    You're assuming...

Stop living vicariously through .8 development cycles and none of you will be anxious for it's release.

Why can't people speculate? Is there something wrong with that? I think it's pretty obvious that everyone really, really wants .8, so let them have their fun guessing when it will come out.

Its all pie in the sky because for all we know they found some horrible computer killing crash bug, putting back the release by a month or two.

If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have obviously failed to plan properly.
