Re: Internal Scrim #1 Feedback
I would have liked to participate in this but the start time was simply too early. Hopefully next time we can aim for a later start - I believe this will bring the numbers up.

Re: Internal Scrim #1 Feedback
We need to have people show up for these. Bravo team had about 10 people missing, so that meant 10 people that didnt know what to do. Plus one of them was RazersEdge which was a CO for Ghost Train and SL for a big part of EJOD.
Plus Bravo Squad layout was planned between Razer and I, and I found it difficult because most people put any kit. Next time it would better to have people post when signing up to have a list of kits and vehicles in order of preference/skills.|TG-Irr| p.Vicious

Re: Internal Scrim #1 Feedback
As far as kits, I think it best for the CO/ThinkTank to allow certain kits to squads, then let the SL speak to their men and work it out. I did that and it was fine for the most part. This is of course only good for those that said any kit. If someeone said they were good at sniper, and they are known to be proficient at it, the CO/ThinkTank should keep their spot reserved for sniper and place them in the appropriate squad before all the "grunts" are spread among the squads.

Re: Internal Scrim #1 Feedback
If/When the next Scrim is scheduled, you'll notice a post in the proper forum and it wll be stickied. So if it is PR Mod, it will be in these forums at the top. Read through the first posst of the Internal Scrim #1 and get a feel for how TG sets things up. You'll notice it is very concise and all the expectations are laid out pretty well at the start. You sign up how the post tells you to sign up...the rest is issued in the same post...ie: contact from an organizer or contact from your CO and SLs.

Re: Internal Scrim #1 Feedback
I have a fairly vast experance in vBF2 Team Warfare League as well as CAL. So organized / planed scrims and matches are something Im used to.
I have to say that this one went off without a hitch. I would have liked to see more imput from all players regarding "who, what, where and why". Although I cant say much, as work casued me to miss my think tank.
All in all it was a well planned and well exacuted. I am looking foward to the next one.

Good. Maybe this time we'll have time to get ourselves organized.

Re: Internal Scrim #1 Feedback
That is the plan. We need more time to get people interested. That way we don't feel the sting of no-shows. Also, it will allow people to get ready sooner and some of the new people can understand the importance of our Scrimms here at TG and that all are invited (provided they are registered on the forums...and Supporting Members have preference if signed up prior to the cut-off.)
