Simulation would involve teamwork, that kinda overlaps one another IMO. I mean if you simulating the REAL military then you ARE going to have teamwork. Anybody here that has been through any military basic training should know that teamwork is what they mainly push while in basic.

I voted "Win at All costs" for this reason:
Think about it, win at all costs does not mean by any means go in an all-out assault. This does require teamwork. But when the smell hits the fan, a tactic that I used and worked (on Asad Khal) is get you squad in a bloody transport truck and drive away behind enemy lines (WAY behind) while dodging loads of tracers and angry mobs, or dodging RPGs and .50cal shots (in insurgency - just did that on TG - was following Sqd 2 on Al Basrah when I realized they had gunz and I didn't: and I was heading to a bomb car and a techie. I realize "not a good idea" so I turn left. Rpg hits the ground in front of me, I start getting hit by .50cal. RPG flies 1in in front of my engine. Still receiving small arms fire. 2 insurgents on the road: they had RPGs. All in all, that DIDn't work but you get the idea, It's always better to avoid the zone of death (in this case, techie and bomb cars) and swerve into a route that you have at least some chances of surviving. That worked on Asad Khal, and in Al Basrah I survived for many moments longer and adrenaline-pumping situations that I only got stopped in the last barrier - because I was too angry to turn again.

I'd say teamwork, teamwork, teamwork. But I do not like strict milsim.

To me it would be teamwork, casual gamer that wants to play in a mature place and I need competition on the other team. When playing I try to keep my tactics to things I would do irl if I was in he situaton but sometimes I try other tactics that usually end in death.
