Re: New map?
I think Mestia is a great challenge for both sides.
Albasrah is probably one of the most intuitive maps out there in any game, now. No, not because of civilans, but because of the immersion its now giving. I love it. I used to dread it.
Seven gates is brilliant.
Kashan...eh k it's bad.
New maps are awwwwesome over all

Re: New map?
Wow, I must be drinking the crazy kool-aid because Mestia has to be one of my favorite maps for any game. I always jump in if I see its playing and I can spare some time. The two teams do have highly different strengths and weaknesses. Finding them and using them better than the other team is a challenge I welcome. Urban streetfights and fast paced maps are great but I really like the bigger maps when the servers has enough people. Under 32 players total can be a bit droll if people dont know the map well. Same for Kashan, give it some time and poke around. These bigger maps really beg for 64 players it will take time to learn the topography and create effective strategic plans.

Re: New map?
I like Mestia as a rebel, and it would be an amazing map if it wasn't for those annoying hills that I always slowly slide down. But I just played a really good round there as a rebel. Good squad too.
Watch your fire, be safe.

Re: New map?
Mestia is growing on me. There is plenty of cover, and I find it less frustrating if the squad moves slow and low. Run and gun will get you shot in a hurry. Watch out for snipers in the tree stands. Someone on my team used a grappling hook to climb up and had a nice firing position.
