    Last night diconnected mid game 7/10

    Stevie Ray aka Cocca444

    Last night I was in the middle of one of the best rounds of Mestia...Warehouse as SL...team moving along like a machine, we are just about to get the attack command and...then I get a lost connection message...not kicked, no reason but a drop of connection.

    I have a cable connection, my cache is empty, and this happens about the 2 hour mark of games on long maps...is this the phantom bug everyone gets in the beta?

    And, thanks warehouse and all the TG crew in his squad, and Dr. Noob, that was a great one...When I came back the spot was filled. I hooked up with GIJoe and we had a good time to the end...

    ya then right when the map changed from mestia to basrah i had a connection problem and it looked like about 20 others. I think it crashed

    Switching to basrah seems to crash the server. Then it does the Squad Bug....

    Cable does not mean you won't get any disconnects from a game. I have cable and get disconnected as well, my ISP has even increased my D/L speed from 3Mb to 6Mb(AT NO ADDITIONAL COST)but I still have the same disconnects as usual and of course ping still stays the same. My ISP might have increased the D/L speed but they did not increase my upspeed none. I was wondering if that also might play a huhe factor in the reasons for my disconnects and sometimes unusual lag spikes I have? Upspeed is only 256Kb. Trying to see if there might be ANY way they can increase it as well but no luck and they claim that is the highest speed they over all their residential customers.

    There is a bug that causes some people to randomly disconnect in the middle of a game. I have it and its super annoying, can't fly b/c of it. My ping almost never goes above 20 and i still get disconnected without the server crashing. Someone told me that if you hit esc to get back to the main screen right when it says you are having connection problems and hit escape again to get back in then you wont disconnect, so thats what I do. Still annoying and I hope they fix it.

    I have the same problem as knewman. About once an hour I will get disconnected for absolutely no reason. Very annoying.
