Re: Squad Leadership
Even though I agree that knowing your terrain is really helpfull I still do have the most fun when im leading a squad on terrain unknown for me, that way I am more carefull where to send my squaddies to and I take greater care in studying the surroundings, the best time I had on mestia was the first time I played it for shure. This is true in real life as whell, where when you go out on patrol you will most likely not know the terrain.

Re: Squad Leadership
As most of you have probably already have read me, Top Cat and some other guys are using TS to make an 8 man section atm. this divides up two squads of four into one section. All that is required is TS and being on the TG TS channel. (ofcourse it is helpful if you are a cooperative person
)
I feel that it's easier to be a fireteamleader than a squad leader... Since Top Cat is usually the section leader he makes the orders that i'm supposed to follow. You are just to follow orders and keep track of your four man fireteam.
Yesterday we held West tower on mestia with ease with just the 8 man section.
CrawlIt matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.

Re: Squad Leadership
Ah yes the 8 man fireteams. Very fun to be in. That's all I'm gonna say because otherwise I'll go on for ages about it and that should be in the proper thread (called "Total fire superiority" if you're interested. which you should be.)
