Noone picks on my little boys on the ground!

It 's a 3 hour scrim and there 's no rewind option in BattleRecorder and fast forward is limited to 300% so that means it takes at least 1 hour to watch the entire scrim. I really want to show as much people as possible but I think I 'll do a CAS movie from my MEC squad first.

Problem is I don't have much time right now.

Yeah, that can be very annoying if you are looking for one epic moment and you miss it... back to the start again

Battle Recorder obviously was never designed by anyone who does video editing at all. Looking at something like Studio Max or hell even something as basic as Video Edit Magic you have all sorts of features for easy of navigation. Battle Recorder is below basic level editing and was probably a 5 minute after thought. However kudos to DICE for offering it at all but put another couple of weeks on the development of it and make it worth a ****.

Because of the absence of this function I've basically given up with making a video out of the scrim, and well, I can't turn back since I deleted the BR file in my fury of missing a really nice part.

Yes, a simple timebar would 've been nice... very frustrating indeed when you miss that one shot . EA likes rushing releases, that 's what they 're known for, but they should 've fixed it in one of the patches. Thing with EA is that they hipe you with a lot of features, but simply don't finish them. They rather put in another unfinished feature to make you warm, instead of finish what they started.

Anyways, we should get back on topic .

As I mentioned in the scrim AAR, it will contain the initial rollout (decided I will do the US team too, finished capturing all MEC squads) and most of the CAS action. It 's impossible to get all the action from 64 people in a 3 hour scrim... there 's a lot of shots I missed and quite a few that got messed up because of low FPS.

But don't worry Liquid, I got quite a few of your kills.
