Yea thats a pr shot and I think Bosco said its just contrast settings he has applied, it does look very good.
In theory you can apply lots of AA and alter contrast through driver settings. High res improves graphic quality alot, the bf2 textures were pretty good like that, pr is better still.
The lighting bf2 does isnt perfect so getting the right angle matters too imo
