I picked up a copy of V2 today at the bestbuy in Howell twp. for about $ 20.00. It seems to run ok, but I am only getting about 20 to 30 fps. Multiplayer is cool, just have to mess with the controls abit.

Sarge and I got on my box in coop and I had to change the settings to casual. Even at casual a two man squad is not much of a match for 35 AI. It was a blast. Between the two of us we could handle about 30 so we didn't win a round but this is a teamwork oriented game and if we didn't stay close enough to support each other we died quickly.

This is definitely a must have for anyone who likes small squad tactical gameplay and the screen is stunning in directx10. The Versus (TvT) has the usually mp problems with R&G and spawn campers so passwording the server looks like a necessity. The first server I set up took less than a minute to fill so there are active gamers.

I'm sorry I wasn't on TS this weekend, but finals are next week.

So I promise, I'll be on next weekend to play some coop with you guys.

Remember to backup your profiles in case your computer crashes. Your ranks and unlocks are saved locally and not on a global server (it's in My Documents > Games > etc.).

Actually, the more you play the better you get. Just remember to use cover a lot and shoot between the AI reloads. Flashbangs and frags are great distractions and room clearing aids.

I usually play terrorist hunt on Realistic with my clanmate and although we might get killed by the last 4 AIs, we do manage to get them all every so often.

A tip: go for extended clips if you're playing Normal/Realistic with only one teammate. Carry a LMG as your secondary primary weapon instead of another AR or Sub. It's a life saver when you get swarmed in a tight corner.
