Anyone still playing this??

I was trying Project Reality and it is a fun game but find that I sometimes get a lot of lag on the server when its full and that infamous "there is a problem with your connection" message. It's gotta be a real resource hog.

Armed Assault doesn't run all that well on my computer..though it should according to the specs.

Used to play RO quit a bit then left it but played it again this week end and apart from the setting (RO being WWII , the others being modern day) find it just as realistic as the others and fun to play.

Was wondering if anyone else was playing it.

Be sure and patch up to the 1.09 beta for Armed Assault. It's really helped a lot of players smooth things out regarding FPS issues and choppiness...it has for me. Still getting random disconnects and CTD's on Arma sometimes though.

TG had a server, but it lasted about 8 weeks and people got tired of the non-bf2 game play and lack of updated graphics

I think it was a matter of the game that didn't work, the voice comms sucked and there were so very many bugs...

that to. By the time patches came out to fix it the rush was over and most players had moved on.

Which is a shame because this game is set up great for team coordinated combat. Especially once the new Darkest Hour mod is patched. With the ability to call in arty and the different variety of classes, it would be a blast with coordinated efforts.
