I cant find anything going on in those servers. I cant find anyone that works together or even talks. This game needs that.

I just had to say that. I just spent the last hour jumping form server to server and I cant find one to play on.

Heh. Even server #2 has its lows when the majority is made of pubbies. That guy trying to drive his Tiger inside a building repeatedly, and driving into artillery strikes takes the cake :/

The best part is when you're in a tank by yourself and you've got the perfect shot on an enemy tank lined up and then a pubby gets into your tank and starts driving away.

Just awesome.

No, the best part is when you get mowed down by a friendly when you just spent 10 seconds staring at him without doing anything hostile or taking cover.

i dunno ive had some propper good games on "pubbies" and one night I ended up with a squad of 4-5 people sticking together to try for an objective.... of coarse this made it "unfair" to the other side, since they was running around like headless chickens....so they started moaning once we kept killing them

I jumped on the ThanSha server a few times last week. They are a mini-clan of TPF, and a few of their guys do play on our BF2 servers. It can be quite pubby at times, but there seems to be a general willingness to work together - especially if you can find a couple tagged guys.

Generally if guys are wearing tags then they are used to some level of teamplay.

most the servers i play on have 2 or 3 normal players and 10 or more bots....which is a real shame

Public servers are only useful for learning the maps. You'll find maybe 1 or 2 people willing to work together. Some days you get 2 people talking about why the panzer sucks and why it should be better and blah blah bloody blah - shut UP! lol

the problem is, when you join a empty server you cant DO anything

why would i want to waste my time (which i have little of) watching one camera overlooking a field?

its not like dod/cs where u can run around messing around killing yourself etc, you just SIT there doing nothing. No thanks!

(at least this WAS the case the last time i tried TG)

i think some bots should be added to the server to keep min players at 8 or something

You should drop into TeamSpeak and when there are enough people in TS to start a game on our server, load it up. Obviously not everyone is going to have the same play schedules and I don't expect you to wait around in an empty server. But if 8 or so people are hanging out in the RO TS channel and playing on different public servers, it maybe time to jump into ours.
