    Tzefanya, the developer of these mutators, is no longer active at Tactical Gamer. He was hosting the downloads on his personal bandwidth. I'm not sure how you could reach him.

    The only contact information Tzefanya has in his profile is his Xfire ID, Tzefanya. Maybe see if you can contact him there? The only Google hit for MutROMapVariables is his thread here at TG.. http://www.optionbender.com/ is where the file was hosted, but it doesn't have any contact information on it. Maybe register and if you get any information?
