Steam ID in profile
We haven't gotten an exact answer on this, if you are a SM please make sure your steam ID is in your profile. So that if we are able to use the Steam ID process to make sure SMs get priority you will be all set and good to go. We will let you all know more about this when we get the answer
thanks and get ready for some good games!that sounds like a good idea trooper.

Re: Steam ID in profile
That 'status' command doesn't seem to work in RO...

Re: Steam ID in profile
We'll know more about this once the servers are set up. If the admins need to manually provide reserved slots for Supporting Members, we will do so.

Re: Steam ID in profile
Instead of following that procedure you can also just download the Steam ID Finder utility. I downloaded it from Boomtown and assuming it hasn't just sent my Steam ID to some hacker it worked like a charm.

Re: Steam ID in profile
We're not yet sure if SteamIDs will work with ROOST as a means to provide reserved slots. Hopefully, this will be the case.

I just didn't want to download anything else just to be able to get my Steam ID when all I have loaded in Steam right now is RO.

That's a shame, because Half-Life 2 is one of the best games ever made.

Re: Steam ID in profile
Oh, I played HL2, but I just formatted and re-loaded from scratch a couple of weeks ago, about the time the RO beta started, so all I have loaded Steam-wise is RO.
