Voip
I've heard people ask repeatedly whether they should be using VOIP or Teamspeak for in-game communications. Without question, you should be using VOIP. The game has more than enough built-in channels, and if you try using the settings in this guide, you should be able to get the VOIP working without problems. This game has new ways of doing things, and it's going to take a while to get used to how these things work.
Try to keep in mind that for communication with nearby players, you should use the Local VOIP channel (the default key to switch to this channel is the Delete key). When you need to tell something to the whole team, or to the Commander, switch to the Team VOIP channel (the default key to switch to this channel is the End key). Then, switch back to the Local VOIP channel when you're done making your report.
Tank crews should always be using the Local VOIP channel to communicate with each other while in their vehicle.

Re: In-game VOIP!
Another thing is that VOIP is a little weak. All the chatter in T/S is not helping. If you have a problem ask one of us and we will go to the admin channel with you. If you blow yourself up with a nade because you can not throw keep it to yourself. T/S is already crowded enough. Use the sub channels. Make key binds so you can move to those channels when you know what side you are on.

Re: In-game VOIP!
Looks like I am going to wait a while to play RO until this gets fixed. C'mon people just play the game and use VOIP. Trying to listen to a TS chatterbox and play at the same time is not fun, besides Strag did say their is a huge learning curve. Sometimes you just have to teach yourself and explore.
