I'd put my money on either a Diablo MMO or World of Warcraft 2.

I would not, diablo does not have factions like Starcraft does, warcraft RTS translated well into WoW. Starcraft would do be great MMO as well.

The above 2 have more chances being new MMO's then WoW2.

MMO FPS I hope. Neocron 2 is a good example of what could be, jut more FPS and a little less RPG.
