Re: FallOut 3 TALK
I'm so clueless, I had no idea this was even coming until my brother mentioned it to me this weekend, so I checked out the developer videos. Looks AWESOME!

Re: FallOut 3 TALK
I've actually never played any of the Fallout series, just happened to be in Gamestop today and saw a copy.
With all of the hype I've seen I figured, what the hell and picked up a copy.
They tried to push their strategy guide book on me. 25 bucks and the damn thing looked like our local phone book, had to seriously be 300+ pagesA captain of the most awesome IHS ever and remember to burn before you pillage.

Re: FallOut 3 TALK
Never played the original series as well. I'd like too though as they look pretty deep. Here's a good history on the series - The Fallout Retrospective -

Re: FallOut 3 TALK
I'm downloading from Steam, but the speed is horrendously slow! Guess I'll have to wait til tomorrow to play, it's going to take 9 hours to download at this rate. Usually Steam is much faster, but I imagine their servers are stressed.

Re: FallOut 3 TALK
Picked it up today, i couldn't resist. I love oblivion and this one feels right at home. I only made just outside the vault but it looks great so far and plays pretty damn well!
VATS is very impressive.
I created a TS channel to jabber about the game.

Re: FallOut 3 TALK
I'm liking it so far. I made it out of the vault. Lost Karma for stealing and telling the Tunnel Rats about Amata insecurities about her weight.
I like the customization...male/female, etc. Interesting take on getting used to the controls.
I found another Vault, damn they are huge... made it down about 5-6 levels, whew it started to get hard and now I know why in the Clinic I can ask for medicine to help me concentrate.A captain of the most awesome IHS ever and remember to burn before you pillage.
