Well, Since this be the Spoilers thread.
Pickpocket somebody (Or, you know, anybody) and give them a certain round metal present that is prone to exploding.........

Hahaha, that makes sense now.
I'll have to replay and give myself higher sneak and try that. Or I guess I could start using those stealth boys.

You can stealth boy and pants explode any enemy (like Super Mutants), its pretty comical. I could never pickpocket an enemy without the stealthboy though, they always turn around and blast me.
Another great things is working with the Slavers in Paradise Falls. The Slaver gives you a Mezz gun, so you can stun people and take their stuff, or put an explosive collar on them and sell them to slavers.
Sometimes the mezz gun makes people go crazy and start attacking everyone. I mezzed a traveling caravan merchant and he attacked his guard and ended up getting killed.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
Random 'cutscene' moments are rather cool as well.
Used a police baton against a raider coming at me with a knife. Blocked their attack so they were stunned (blocking a melee attack makes them momentarily vulnerable as they would you if you're blocked) then smacked the knife out of their hand with a power attack (hold down attack and you pull back before charging at the enemy with a full swing) which then followed up with a slowmo view of me backhanding them across the face sending the head flying after they were disarmed.
Was expecting the disarm (always cool to swat weapons out of hand with melee weapons) but the automatic head bat was a nice touch.
Shishkabob is definately one of my favorite melee weapons of carnage and pretty easy to make after doing the Minefield survival mission (which scores you a sniper rifle to boot). The fact that its a flaming sword gives you two 'kill types' when you get a crit overkill. As a sword you chop and cut things like limbs off and as a fire type you can make things gib (aka fly into small unrecognizable chunks). Raider came at me when I was playing around with that weapon and after a block and powerattack I got the satisfying death slowmo of the person getting first cut to pieces (limbs and head flew in all directions) before gibbing (limbs, head, and body then exploded to turn into the much smaller pieces of gore). I had to search for quite a bit before I could find a piece of him large enough to loot (though how I got a full suit of armor, a bat, and some ammo off a piece of meat the size of my fist is beyond me).
What's 'stealth boy' anyhow? I could never get close enough to a hostile to do the pants explosion, but I've done it to random NPCs in town while bored (and after saving) just for giggles. Using different grenades are definately amusing like the pulse and nuka.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
Stealth Boy is an aid item you'll get from certain quests and occasionally find for sale that is temporarily sneak +100.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
Just saved all of Reily's Rangers the other day. Got Eugene the Minigun. (Does about 74 damage by comparison to the standard Minigun's 40 something.) Also just got Lincoln's Repeater...if you get it, don't sell it. It does 50 damage pershot and is hella accurate.
Deathclaws dislike both Eugene and Lincoln's Repeater btw.

Yeah, I have the repeater and it is indeed awesome. Repairs with normal hunting rifles if you need to.
I went for the armor rather than the Minigun as I am not a heavy weapons kind of guy. Armor is non-power armor that has an DR in the power armor range.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
Yes, well, seeing as how I'm running around in a Tesla Power Armor and Helmet I figured I could always use a new tool of destruction over one of protection. I'm glad I did since now that I've gotten a boost in Big Guns it's doing 90 damage.
Trying to get the Medical Power Armor.
Btw, it kinda sucks you can't repair the T-51b Power Armor.

The medical power armor has alright stats. It's useful for heading into radiated areas but I think you'll still need to take some Rad-X.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
My science skill is 100 and my luck is 8, I was able to hack into a Chinese main frame from the 'electronic war room' in the citadel. Helped the brother hood download Chinese tech and now they're all rockin' updated armor.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
Like skill points?
Make a char with 9 INT. Right when you get out of vault 101 make a break for Rivet City. Run the whole way, get attacked who cares just laugh and dash by. Once there head for the Science Lab and get the INT bobblehead for 10 INT. This and educated perk when you get it will yield 23 points per level.
Here's a good list of the bobbles: http://planetfallout.gamespy.com/wik...t_3_Bobblehead
The medicine, strength, repair, and int bobbles are very easy to get. The lockpick and science ones are pretty easy as well. Can do Bethesda and Vault 106 at low level.
The others I can't comment on because I haven't been to the locations

Perception and repair are easy as they are in towns as well.

Yea, i completely made that up, was curious as to how some might respond... no one did
But seriously, does anyone know whats up with the statue in the 'virulent chamber'. Can't remember the name of the building, but its in the south west and I had a flash back while inside.

Re: FallOut 3 Talk w/ spoilers
I've finished the game and replaying it now as an evil person. Boy, I'm such a bad person. I say all this crap to people that they don't like me. Although, part of it may be my low speech skill that I didn't take as a tag skill this time. I'm doing all sorts of evil things. Before I left the vault, I killed several people. It feels good to be bad.

Dunwich Building
As in Dunwich Horror, ala HP Lovecraft. The whole zone is an omage to the lovecraft horror mythos, and it's quite an entertaining zone.
