BioWare Fishes for User Data in Mass Effect 2 (Mass Effect 2)

HawtWired:
"Looks like BioWare are trying all kinds of fresh new ideas with their latest shipped product, Mass Effect 2. I just got the game earlier today (expect a full review in the near future) and started messing around with the settings to find in the online options a switch titled "Upload Gameplay Feedback" that's on by default.
The explanation reads:
"This tool gives BioWare valuable feedback about how users play the game. This feedback helps not only with bug fixing but also allows BioWare to craft better games in the future. Thank you!"
A couple of days ago, Kotaku also mentioned that ME2 requires you to swap between the two discs during the course of the game. You start with Disc 1, move on to Disc 2, and then switch back to the first before you see the end game.
Fancy disc-swapping doesn't seem too bad -- something we've sort-of done with plenty of RPGs before -- but gameplay feedback is something entirely novel. At least to the game console space.
Do you mind reporting your gaming behavior to Mass Effect 2's makers in the hopes of improving gameplay and other, yet unknown, purposes? If you shut off the option, would you care to let us know why in the comments?"
