Well, it's Wednesday and I'm already thinking of my upcoming Thanksgiving vacation. For those outside the United States, Thanksgiving is a holiday where a large bird is eaten and in my case, nine days of uninterrupted gaming. From November 17th to the 25th I'm going to do what the hell I want too do and a siginificant amount of that time will be playing video games. The hardest part of my day(s) will be determining what games will be played. If I'm feeling adventurous I'll venture out to ride my bicycle, watch TV, catch a matinee, walk down to the beach or visit the 7-11 for the upteemth time.
Now, some may consider it sad that I'll be alone for nine days or even a bit odd. However, consider this: -No nagging wife too scold me for playing Crysis on Tuesday afternoon. -No brow beating from a girl friend that I've decided to sleep until noon because I was up all night playing TF2. -No driving on a packed highway for 7 hours to see the in-laws or that cousin I don't really care about. -No stress of family or of family members. -No screaming kids running around. -No tension with the siblings. -No one but me attempting too control the television remote. None of the above will occur on my nine days off. Here's a break down of my bliss (subject too change at a moments notice): 11/17 - Saturday - Play Crysis, BF2142, COD4, perhaps see Beowolf, visit 7-11 get a Slurpee, ride my bike, maybe go down to the beach 11/18 - Sunday - See above - minus the movie. Maybe a movie in the evening. 11/19 - Monday - Up at the crack of noon - play Crysis, TF2. 11/20 - Tuesday - See above - minus the noon - maybe up at ten. 11/21 - Wednesday - Catch a matinee - walk to the Book store - then more video games. 11/22 - Thursday - Eat large bird with friends - go home play video games. 11/23 - Friday - Eat leftovers - play video games. 11/24 - Saturday - see 11/17. 11/25 - Sunday - see 11/18. Hope too see ya'll online! Happy Thanksgiving and may it be stress free!

Schoolteacher, huh? If you could add some sex into there it would be an ideal existence.
But that's what got me into my current situation with a wife and kids... |

Yeah, the perfect vacation itinerary would include hookers and blow...
But yours looks pretty damn good to me as it is!

Just remember to stop gaming when you are twitching uncontrollably. then it is time to sleep, and dream of playing video games. When you wake up, All the practice you got while dreaming will make you a better player!

Re: Ahhhhh...Nine days of uninterrupted gaming.
Makes me want to open a resort with gaming, Slurpies and Mountain Dew. So people with wives/kids can go on vacation. Or business trips wink' wink'. It can be anywhere because it will all be indoors. It will be like an Opium Den where all you have to do is sit and play. Because we will have fine waitresses bring Mountain Dew to your room for dayzzz.
No massages, no sitting on the beach, no having a crappy dinner at a stuffy restaurant, no kids. Just gaming. That is some relaxation right there.
