Aye. It makes me laugh and cry every time some American starts ranting about taxes and social welfare programs--they seem to have no idea just how cheap their country really is compared to the rest of the modern world.

I have yet to meet a Democrat legitimately interested in the welfare of the disadvantaged. The ones I've met in Massachusetts are concentrating on ruining our already mediocre education system.

I've seen this poll elsewhere, and can't believe it actually means anything to anyone. A poll of mental patients in a hospital and working poor would probably yield the same results (the mental patients would report better mental health). You'd also see the same results if republicans and democrats were asked "could you be a better person."

Put Hillary in office and run the poll again.
