A- use a tesla coil to generate HIGH voltage electricity.

B- feed that electricity to many large capacitor plates, and by altering the polarity (in the 50s they used a rheostat device to do this, somehow) of those plates you can create motion in any direction based on the modulation of the polarity of the plates.

If any you have one of those "ionizing air purifiers", well this is simply electrogravitic principle at work on a much smaller scale. The craft in development now are capable of tapping into zero point energy in order to power their propulsion systems, and they're beyond anything I can imagine, though our super-luminal "friends" are slowly guiding us.

I don't think you quite understand the meaning of "alter the polarity". There's only two polarities available -- one of them is acheived by pumping large numbers of electrons IN to a capacitor, and the other is acheived by pumping large numbers of electrons OUT of the capacitor. You can't simply fill the capacitor with "an electric charge" and then alter the polarity of that charge at will.

Yes you can, by altering the angle of the magnetic field being emitted by those plates in series. I was referring to the entire plate system, not one capacitor. The polarity of the system as a whole is continuously modified creating very strong magnetic fields that result in motion as the polarity of each individual cell of the capacitor plates are charged and discharged.

Its sort of like magnetic tank treads that don't need any guide rail, like a maglev train would. Maglev trains are based on this technology, although very simple versions of what is currently in use that are dependent upon an outside energy source. The vehicles that are capable of superluminal velocities use gravity itself as the "power source."

(really, in order to understand it you have to think of space as a giant fishtank.. these things create vortices of gravity "puddles" infront/behind the craft and actually PULL themselves through "space." Its not really space in the way that we think of it as an empty void. Infact, what we percieve as mass energy dissipates to our perception, but it actually speeds up so fast that as it "decays" the energy is spiraling into a sort of infinite loop that results in the "energy" succumbing to the ambient gravitic field that permeates the entire thing we find ourselves in, and exists at every point simultaneously. The technology currently in use by Terran and ETI superluminal propulsion systems exploits this, effectively negating mass and inertia, and simply using the "vortice" effect to squeeze INCREDIBLE amounts of force into an extremely small space, causing a "puddle" of warped "gravitiy" to form behind/infront (or in any direction, depending on the design of the propulsion system) The shape of the craft themselves is only important while traveling at sub-luminal speeds within an organic atmosphere.

Yes, I said "organic atmosphere." What we consider to be planets and stars are actually either dormant or active macrobial lifeforms (macro, not micro), and in effect, we are sort of the bacteria of these gigantic organisms. They can be "created" artificially by pairing a satellite organism (these arise naturally simply from the properties of what we perceive to be matter... its actually a property of mass energy itself to "reproduce" and evolve into ever more stable forms of "life".

When people think of the "membrane" in string theory, this is actually an offspring of the fractal nature of the universe itself. It is simply built up of smaller versions of itself. At these scales, scale ceases to have any meaning to our conception of the universe.

Last night I spent a long time reading a series of papers from NASA's breakthrough propulsion project. "Just use a lot of electricity" was not one of the suggested ideas for how to modify gravity.

If you really want to learn about advanced propulsion, don't go to nasa. Go to one of the aerospace designers like boeing, lockheed, or northrop grumman. They're the ones with their mits all over it. NASA is simply a media outlet for images of space, NASA is where they distribute any "space media" after it is sanitized for obvious images of alien/"deep black" earth craft and such.
