This is why I'm very glad I've got a buddy finishing law school now- in this day and age, it seems anybody and everybody needs legal defense for something, no matter how absurd.

Who can blame them? What recourse do they have but too sue? The real disaster wasn't the hurricane but the utter incompetence of the governmental response.
