3.5/5 for conciseness on the first (we definitely know who you are now!) and 2/5 for the second cause I dont get it.

Clean banner, descriptive and to the point. Below the banner includes most if not all the information anyone new or used to TG would need to know. 5/5!

The 2nd sig is for a mod for Command and Conquer generals called british forces, it adds in the British as a team. Basically someone becomes queen and builds the British empire up again, takes over world. The 'Britannia rules the waves again' is because of in the song Rule Britannia one of the lines is 'rule Britannia, Britannia rules the waves' (it was written back when we had a navy...)

Do we award extra points if they violate the 468x100 maximum sum of images size or 50k size of images rule?

How many people skirt that limitation anyways?

3/5 for the first because its clear.
2.5/5 for the second because its obscure (even with the explaination) and the crown kinda fades into the flag. Add linkage to the mod to bump the score.
5.5/5 if you get extra points for violating the forum sig rules on both counts. ^_^ (741x112 sig images and 86k images)
