Illegal drugs have the problem that you can't know what's really in them (unless you're the producer, which elevates your legal exposure quite a bit). Were pot illegal, I can see myself using it in cooking at about the same frequency I consume alcohol (ie. rarely, like last night when I put some port in some pasta).

If we need to criminalize stuff because it's deadly, we need to outlaw bleach, and a lot of other household chemicals.

Instead of criminalizing the chemicals we ingest (or firing someone for having them in the blood), do so for the effects we want to stop. For driving and operating machinery and other issues where safety is involved, test for ability to perform the task, not for the chemistry in one's blood. Except that you might have to arrest sober but incompetent people, like the old lady who can't stay in her lane. But if safety is your objective, that's who you should be arresting.

Another thing (here) why some in our state (assuming and pretty sure other states also) are trying to somewhat legalize weed is so they can become the distributors of it and know who's smoking most of it. Instead of gangs and all that making millions off the products that like before said could have anything in them.

Cocaine
Spoon
Lighter

it's just Cocaine Removed from the HydroChloride form and bonded to Baking Soda to make a Smokeable form of the drug

neither the Cocaine or the baking soda will hurt you unless you consume too much but that's easy to avoid. things that cocaine are usually cut with don't mix well with baking soda either so getting those things in a Rock doesn't happen..........at least it's never happened to me.


Meth is a bit more complex and more stupid. i think it should stay illegal since it's a Crack high but instead of 15 minutes of joy you get 15 hours

Thats not quite my experience with salvia, Sticky, but some people are more "receptive" then others to the salvinorin A, and you might have somewhere gotten perhaps a 60x standardized extract, which is really potent. The extract is probably what you had because it's like a powder/granules and it ashes up really quick with almost no real "smoke" unlike the leaves.
Yeah, it's pretty much, inhale, hold, maybe be right in the middle of taking another toke when you begin to feel it, maybe 10-20 seconds in. I can't see people doing the drug in a social setting or say, in thier car, etc because it seems to steal motor function. You pretty much start to get tremors then basically just lie down/sit down and the effects happen, REALLY wasted feeling, like you've drunk half a bottle of scotch, and very giddy, and the whole colors behind your eyelids, etc kind of photoreceptor screwup thing. Then the chair/room starts to vibrate.. and you vibrate with it..

The other problem is any reasonable distractions bring you right out of the thing, it seems, as long as you aren't completely into it like you were. That and the effects seem to last for hours, when in real time they've only gone on for 5-10 minutes. Theres like, no party factor in that kind of thing. Loud music or noises or being edgy or distracted can even prevent you from having most of the effects. Really wierd drug. Though, after taking it, at least in my experience, just feel... refreshed and clearheaded and un-depressed... which is one reason why it's being studied in pharmaceutical circles for commercial drugs.

Salvia for me was me and friends sittin down at a park, smokin up, smoked a bowl held it in for 30 seconds before I began to cough, Could feel myself getting higher as I held it in undoubtedly. Within a minute my entire vision was gone (my head was pointed straight but what I saw was as if my head was moving 360º at like 3 rotations per second), I could barely hear (just heard myself laughing and friends calling my name (sounded distant and echooing)). The whole thing lasted for about 4-10 minutes (honestly dont know) by the time it was over all my friends were standing up ready to go, friend helped me up real quick and we went over to Dicks (Seattle Brand, Good place, like McDonalds if it wasnt rich) and I got a milkshake.... Bah How I miss those days of somewhat pure innocence.
