I am not speaking of the war going on now, but of the general chaos that the city would descend into, ala East Africa, if we were to pull out. We're in our biggest bout of debt ever-- lets send everyone who pays taxes a 600 dollar check! That'll get us out of debt fast! Don't forget Americans, invest in China!

So what you're saying in your "non-jackass" way of yours is that that is not happening right now?

Much like Israel and Palestine it was going on before, it is going on now and it will continue long after your great grand kids and mine have long turned to dust.

Sorry about the newsflash thing and "saying something smart". Now give me some credit. At least I addressed what you said and didn't call you a jackass. That has to count for something.
