need help on signature page

Need some help,I can't get my sign to load on the page.
1st, I selected and edit the picture i used.
2nd resize to meet the requirements for sign. (468 x 100)
I get the image to down and save in signature page in profile,
but when I check,for example in forums to see if it had taken for all to see,I have no luck.
I'm able to down this picture into my album.
You can see the test I added for text.
I'm able to change my profile page with no problems.
WHAT SIMPLE THING I'M I MISSING?

Hi, when you go to post in either the quick reply box or the advanced reply page, is the "Show your signature" box checked?

Wrong meaning of size, lol. sorry, I didn't specify.

There is a kb size limit on the sig image file.

in signature ,at bottom it has a note:
max size is 468 x 100 46.8 kb

mine is 355 x100 28.4 kb
I filled in 0 and 0 to allow the max were it asked image size.
tried different images also.

I don't know what I did differently.
***To help others:
I deleted it all.
RE -resized image again.
reset all info boxes AGAIN and it came up.
Something some wear did not take the first time.
