There is a rumor that Cain is waiting to see how things play out with the DNC before he picks his veep. However if Hitlary loses, she could end up his veep.
Obama is a no brainer (yes I mean that more than one way), his veep will be Richardson which is why Richardson endorsed Obama over his good friend Hitlary.

Neither Cheney nor Bush are "pulling the strings." Cheney is Bush's puppetmaster, and Cheney is also a puppet.
That said, I can't possibly suggest a vice president when the candidates themselves are illegitimate. The higher ups must be laughing at our attempts to buy into the illusion of choice. We're going to end up in the same place no matter what if we allow this false government to continue to exist. Unfortunately the vast majority of people still believe their government is benevolent and looking out for their best interests. We're all just sheep waiting to be slaughtered.
