This is very true logic. When I worked out of a cubicle a long long time ago, this was how I rolled. Minus the butt-smooching. I was never afraid of the boss as so many were, and I'd always go talk to him like I knew what I was talking about. Yup. Attitude is what it's all about. Let all the other corporate tools (minions) do all the hard work. I was pretty much like the main character in "Office Space." When everyone would go take their smoke break in the morning, I'd go home. When they took their afternoon break, I'd sneak back in and my boss would always greet me with a hearty hello. We were commission+hourly based, and even though I'd clock out when I took off, I made more off commissions than most people did during their 40+ hour work week. Again, it came down to bs'ing skills and attitude. Needless to say, I was offered a raise and a promotion to middle management. Hahaha.

Now I work for myself, so I kinda have to work hard. But the good ole' days were sure fun (and easy).
