Put it on a frying pan not in the microwave. You'll get baked flavor and not the nuked flavor.

The microwave is never good for anything involving bread. That's why I use a toaster oven. Plus, due to a miracle of geometry, you can fit two slices on the toaster oven pan if you simulate the Star Destroyer collision in Empire Strikes Back.

I love my pizazz for similar reasons.

That and it dropped $30 off my electric bill because my roomates don't use the electric stove to cook pizza anymore.

my technique- eat as much as possible, leave it over night, in the morning out some cold, if any remains put it in the oven on a cooking stone and recook.
leaves it nice and crispy

I am a pizza snob..it has to be made by me, at a little local pizza place that I worked at in high school and Jr. College..

I just go in there, like I own the place, and make my pies..they use provo which IMHo is a lot better, and he makes his sauces by hand, as well as mixes his own spice packs to boot.

His dough has 3 different types of flour, is made using only the very best live yeasts that he cultivates and he even has a special temp for the water added for mixing..

All his meats are from 2 local butchers except the anchovies (bleghhh) and I have to say that it would almost be worth paying him to work there again.

It is, without a doubt, the finest pizza stuff ever...I throw up in my mouth thinking about having to eat some drole dried barfer of a pizza from Pizza Hut or something..might as well just go to CiCi's and get Tomain...

The one drawback is cost...man..it is FREAKIN expensive, but well worth it!

I eat half of a 16 inch pizza. I prefer thinner crusts.

Can eat a medium sized pizza to myself if I want to but usually theirs people trying to get slices too.. Topping: Just black olives and get a side order of garlic sauce to dip it in.
