    Win.

She said exactly nothing in that entire interview that demonstrates any degree of insight into foreign or domestic issues. Every answer is rote, which is why she so easily mixed metaphors and included non sequiter stats in her rambling answers.

Pathetic, ideed. But I suppose we should roll the dice anyway becuase she'll be all coached up in case McCain, the oldest presidential candidate evar, kicks the bucket.

    What could go wrong?

Palin might have, in the future, been a viable candidate.

She is smart, witty, attractive and can handle the pressure of the national stage. Th

The problem is she doesn't know anything about national issues. I think she could but we will never know.

Stupid move by McCain. Akin to the choice Perot made. VP candidate usually won't help, but they sure can hurt.

Re: The Sarah Palin corner of the Sandbox!

Anyone think the GOP+Palin might be laying a trap for the DEMS, liberal media, and Biden? Right now it seems everyone is piling-on and confidence is low in Palin's abilities, but if I were the GOP I might think of making it SEEM this way for such a newbie politico... make Palin seem weak and get the opposition to be overconfident, then counterstrike at the debates at just the right moment.

Look at it like a wounded, sad, and cute looking pitbull. She suckers you in with her droopy eyes and then clamps down on your 'nads when your back is turned.

I think Biden should be careful of this tactic and be prepared to deal with it.

I find it hard to believe Palin is actually how she seems... it's just too unbelievable to even watch.

Not quite true...McCain is the second oldest presidential candidate. If he runs for re-election in four years, then he'll be the oldest presidential candidate.

Bah... He's the oldest first-term candidate from the two major parties.

Trivia: Peter Cooper (b. February 12, 1791) was the candidate of the Greenback party in 1876, when he was 85 years old.

Ron Paul is evil though. McCain, not so much...

The real question? Whose more evil?

Ron Paul? Sarah Palin? Dick Cheney?

    Cheney.

Will you guys just accept the fact that we're getting rid of Cheney? Can't we at least come together and celebrate that?!

Question: what foreign policy experience did Obama have before he declared he was running. I know during his candidicay, he went overseas.. but that would be a lot like Palin, then. Only he is running for President. If she continues going on visits, she's gain the experience.

Just wondering. I don't know of any Obama had pre-running. Anyone know of any?
