How old were you when Clinton was President? (1992-2000, in case you weren't sure)

As long as you're respectful, I don't see a problem with whatever opinion you might express here.

11-18, started paying attention at around 15, iraq/saddam during clinton was not anything close to the magnitude of it today.

I was just saying that you don't have to worry about expressing your opinion here.

Agreed. But that's not what you said earlier. You said that nobody even heard of Saddam while President Clinton was in office...

Re: Senator Kerry in '04!

yes turbinator, although clinton did not pay too much attention to sadam, niether did he with all other terror at the time.

the IRA was running wild in Ireland and hte UK which at the time was actually being funded by american citizens.

the arab israelis conflict was being treated like a pre school fight where clinton acted like daddy to both nations

and the 9/11 attacks were being planned during these years... while i am not going to say that he knew as he probably didnt, it wasnt the actions of MR Bush that caused this, and Mr Bush has reacted to all this is a very determined way which i believe gave the world the right message about democracy.

why do people keep going back and compairing bush to clinton and missing out the one fact we do know about clinton, he knowingly and illegally lied to your entire country and th world about monica.

you may bring up shoddy evidence for war, but whether that was a malicious lie or not is not proven.

Please do worry about expressing your opinion here! Take care to know that your opinion isn't ridiculous or hateful and is supported by facts!

But don't worry that folks here only tolerate popular opinions.

To quote a wise professor from years ago- "Your opinion is only as good as the facts you have to back it up."

Inspector Jacques Clouseau : [in Dreyfus' office, after Clouseau's apartment has been bombed] I tell you, infamous powers are at work! The instant you assign me to a case, the Underworld hears about it and I am set upon! It is amazing that I am still alive!
Dreyfus : [forcing himself not to giggle] "Amazing" is the polite term.
Inspector Jacques Clouseau : Do I detect something in your voice that says I am in disfavor with you?
Dreyfus : YES! I wish you were DEAD!
Inspector Jacques Clouseau : Well, of course, you are entitled to your opinion.

Re: Senator Kerry in '04!

He lied under oath in a civil hearing. If he's lied to his wife (which he did) that wouldn't have been an impeachable matter, but our entire judicial system depends upon people telling the truth when they're supposed to (to investigators, and certainly under oath in a courtroom!) and provides severe penalties when they do not.

Liberals always try to make this about a blowjob - and I will grant you that a President using an office intern as his personal sexual toy isn't exactly high on my list of qualifications for the job - but it's always been about perjury.

The point is, he lied about a blow job, not sending people to war.

Besides, its over with now. He is no longer the President, so get over it already. He lied about a blow job, now move on.

Quit bringing it up!

(that's what Hillary said. WOOOO!!!)

Bush did not lie, and it's a lie to say that he did.

How close was your attention to world politics at 11 years old? I know that personally mine wasn't anywhere near what it is today.
