Hmmm, his home town is only 1 hour away from me. Maybe I should drop in sometime and interview his mother. And to be fair to MM, I will use his interviewing techniques and not try to pull a fast one over anyone

Listen, Michael Moore ISN'T Canadian. The mayor of Sarnia (a bordertown north of Detriot) made him some kind of de-facto honorary Canadian for some insane reason. That doesn't make him Canadian. He never immigrated.

Please don't tie my country to him, its offensive.

Thanks Luna, I think I threw up a little bit in the back of my throat when I read that...he had me running for the Googlebar to make sure it wasn't true.

Re: Michael Moore's Freedom Fighters

OK somebody just gave me a negative rep for this thread "for being so brainwashed."

HA! I can go to sleep with a smile on my face thinking about THAT one. Where logic fails, call your opponent an idiot, or an ideologue.

I love the stickers I see around town - "If you aren't outraged, you aren't paying attention." Translation, "if you disagree with my position on certain political issues, you're ignorant."

Or brainwashed.

Yup, I'm innocent on the rep thing as well. I think tying this to Michael Moore is a farce, but I don't think you're brainwashed.

Re: Michael Moore's Freedom Fighters

Thanks but I don't care who did it and don't really feel like I need an apology from anyone. Some anonymous rep giver and I simply disagree.

I'm right and he's (or she's....LUNA ) wrong, but maybe that's just the kool-aid talking.

Ah, but I'm a treehugger and thus feel the need to apologize for everything wrong ever, preferably through federally-funded programs.

All you need to know is:

The Lord loves a working man,
don't trust whitey,
see a doctor and get rid of it.

Everything else works itself out.

Heh... You might've had negative rep for your post, but you suddenly have two balls! I think you just made up the negative rep so that people would give you sympathy rep....

Re: Michael Moore's Freedom Fighters

Nah, I didn't make it up. But I am happy to have two balls. I was going to keep my mouth shut about it to avoid a flood of bad rep points but since you brought it up....

Gosh, so many people to thank. First of all, thanks to Apo for hosting this wonderful community. Luna, Cing, Ddogg, Squid, gosh I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, but you know who you are. Thanks so much for the good rep points. Keep it real brothers and sisters!

I'd like to thank my Mother and Father for the endless nagging about spelling and grammar, the lessons in life and strong moral principles. My loving wife and daughter, who make all the hours of posting crap on the internet worthwhile.

I think Dirk Diggler said it best at the 2nd Annual Adult Film Awards:
We can always do better -- and I'll keep trying if you keep trying so let's keep ROCKING AND ROLLING.
Thank you all! Some of you sort of like me! You really sort of like me!
