Anyone remember an old kids show called Rainbow?

Please don't judge my country on Rainbow! We just couldn't compete with Seseme Street. I have seen that clip before online but I don't think it was ever broadcast. If you ever watch childrens' TV it is full of references that only adults would get. I guess the people working on those shows just get bored.
