I don't know much about snakes. What happens to the Kangaroo's bones? Does the snake spit up back out or is it able to digest those as well?

I think that the larger constrictors like we see here are able to digest everything, but I know that smaller snakes, like the ones that eat eggs, will regurgitate the bones/shells of their prey without digesting them...

Nope, looks like a baby, though.

I'm just amazed that it fit. Looking at the first photo, you can see that the width of the widest part of the roo's body is several times wider than the widest portion of the snakes body.

well, snakes can do some really bizarre things so at first i was suprised, but then i understood why it could do that.
