I'd make my kids do one of two things before they're included in the will:

1) Earn a Masters degree in something and then work for a year in that field.

or

b) Earn an honorable discharge from the Armed Forces.

There's no way in hell that I'd just give money to my child(ren). That's what's ruining this country: kids aren't going out and learning things the hard way. Everything's being given to them.
