Anyone else seen "The Gamers"? It's a short film done by Dead Gentlemen productions(who look to have been still in school at the time). You can probably learn more from their site(http://www.DeadGentlemen.com/).

Note, original tape sells where so good that they released to DVD. The best line from the movie is without a doubt: "Wait, I have a better idea!" Those of you who've been around gaming tables should have an idea of just how bad what happens next is.

I think I prefer the Summoner version. The giant horned demon rummaging in the kitchen for Mountain Dew is unbeatable.

And for some reason I'm having problems with the download too (I saw it after Sam finished the game). When I "Save Target As" it starts out as the .avi and redirects to the default.html when it gets to the ... oh wait. This time it worked??? I didn't do anything different that I noticed. Maybe it was my pop-up stopper...

Maybe it was just cause I saw the 8-bit version first, but I like that one better. Something about 8-bit graphics just fits the whole thing. The CG was really good too, though.
