I, myself, have threatened to TK two players for abandoning their team or just not listening to orders. I've never actually TK'd anyone, I don't recall, but I have threatened. Any time it has come up, though, it hasn't been for not following orders "exactly", but for repeated problems or complete disregard for the team's safety.

Ahh.. that was me, and man did I feel bad doing it. But, we had a full squad of players on the public GR server who were all interested in cooperative teamplay. We had died 3 missions in a row within 5 minutes because of one person who outright refused to be a team player. It sucks when you're trying to be stealthy and someone decides to run off and start a firefight, die and then lead all the bad guys to you. I did it, then explained CLEARLY why. I won't allow one punk to ruin it for the whole group.
