Games don't make kids fat, parents that allow their kids to sit in front of a TV or a computer all the time while eating fast food make kids fat

Wait a sec. It took a whole team of PHD's to figure out that sitting in front of a PC/console for 6 hours at a time moving only to piss/eat/grab a drink can make you fat?

For some reason, I'm not shocked.

"But it has been proved beyond dispute that people who watch a lot of violence on television develop aggressive behavior," said Frank Lindblad, a child psychiatrist at Sweden's Karolinska Institute university hospital.
I would honestly like to see the research data on this.

Just a thought: Has it ever occured to these "educated" men/women, that maybe games don't make kids violent, but those kids who already have a tendency to be violent seek out violent games? Did my sword collection make me like swords? No, I bought them because the first time I read about swords, they fascinated me. My interest in them made me buy them, not the other way around.

So how exactly is that the video games fault?

I also like how they never gave an age of the kids they studied, they say "youths", but no ages were given.

I'd like to see a study on how many people AREN'T violent because they have a "safe" outlet in video games. For a while I was playing NS picturing my coworker's face on every alien and it was very satisfying - and I think it helped me not yell at his stupid face when I actually saw him in real life.

Edit: funny it helped my aim too!!
