Re: Sleeping With Wolves In Seattle?

This is probably the best topic ever. Spinal Tap and sex with animals? Count me IN!

LOL. Yeah, I heard this story on Rush the other day; couldn't stop cracking up. All they could do was charge the guy with trespassing.

Neighbors also reported seeing Huizar dancing in his back yard with a broom handle dressed in a woman's bra and panties, the statement said.
Crazy a little? You think?

After reviewing the number of hits top local stories at his newspaper's Web site got in 2005, Seattle Times columnist Danny Westneat concludes today, "As I look back at the year in news, it's clear I should have focused more on people having sex with horses."
THANK you Dany Westneat, and take that all you haters.

Re: Sleeping With Wolves In Seattle?

BTW, I wouldn't recommend a BMW unless you have more money than you know what to do with or are prepared to get a new car every few years or so to keep one in warranty. They're just too expensive to maintain on your own. I finally decided to get rid of mine after I had to drop $13,000 for a new motor and then $4,000 two weeks later for new catalytic converters. $1,700 each and $500 to install. All of this with just a little more than 100,000 miles. It was a blast up until that point though. Sure, my Mustang doesn't have all of the bells and whistles, but at 30K miles it has yet to see the shop for anything; except tires.

What are you, the freaking Magic Eight Ball of the internet? I have been talking to two places about used 540i's just this afternoon.

With regard to the above: WRONG ANSWER. The correct answer is "You May Rely On It", "As I See It, Yes" or even the vague "Outlook Good" so I shall shake you another time and ask the same question slightly differently. Don't let me down.

Re: Sleeping With Wolves In Seattle?

LOL
Seriously, if it's the 540i you've been looking at, be careful, especially used. The E34 5 series between 94 and 96 are a definite no-no unless you have documented proof that the engine has already been replaced. Don't take my word for it, google "bmw nikasil" BMWs are good cars with only a few lemon years/models, but just be aware that EVERYTHING for them is over-priced. The supercharger for my Mustang costed $3,300, the same one for the BMW would have been $5,900.

If you do decide to get a 5-series though, I can hook you up with a sweet custom-built sub enclosure that holds (2)10s that fire through the ski pass-though.

8 - I only wish. The BMW M60 4.0 liter is a very nice motor, but not like any of those. It's actually a little cheaper than those at around $10K the othe $3k was for installation.

Re: Sleeping With Wolves In Seattle?

Thanks for the advice. I'm looking at Certified Pre-Owned cars. We own a ' 95 Mercedes and the maintenance can be a little rough sometimes, but it's a fantastic car: safe, nimble, and elegant.

Re: Sleeping With Wolves In Seattle?

Man, yeah, I sleep with that stuff all the time. I just have to be careful not to dose off too close to the engine, else I wake up in a less-than-par condition. Hopefully the horse I manage to cram into the back stays healthy.

Talk about a change of subject...

As a resident of Seattle, it is my duty to inform you guys that I have slept with significantly less horses than the average person.
