wooo... she is very popular in Russia and my country... Her songs' clips are all like that... A cartoonish girl doing some crazy stuff... Last one I saw when I was back home was with a spy and that dog she is carrying around is in that clip too...

Nice. I found I needed to install the codec found here:
http://www.techsmith.com/download/tsccdefault.asp If you ever encounter a video that won't play for lack of a mystery codec, you can find out which codec is required using the GSpot utility: http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ It told me that I needed "tscc" so just googled for "tscc codec" and it took me right to the needed file.
